Community density is a factor. If you're serving a low-density rural area, the utilization simply may not justify a capital investment that size. I've also never fully understood the durability differences between vendors in extreme environments. I can only speak to our temperate climate. If you're in coastal salt air or near-desert UV conditions, I'd want to talk to operators in those regions before committing.
